In accordance with the decisions taken, shop dues will continue to be applied as 10 TL + VAT per square meter per month for the period July 2025 - June 2026, and the late payment interest for rent and shop dues will continue to be applied as %4. The dues amounts remain constant.
Regarding our partners who rent their stores, according to a decision made at last year's general assembly, invoices can be issued to the tenant for the payment of dues.
