The 23 blocks are divided into ABC types, comprising a total of 4,241 workplace units. In addition to the residential development, the commercial and social relationships of our partners are also taken into account, and the block structure is divided into three sections based on their occupational groups. A+B = 16 Blocks: Material dealers and manufacturing tradespeople, while 7 C-type blocks are allocated to general businesses.

Thus, daily social and human interactions are addressed within each block and within its own structure. Electrical installations, heating systems, wastewater and drinking water systems, and postal services are complete in all blocks. Additionally, there are two fire escapes opening into corridors in Blocks A and B, and four fire escapes in Block C, along with an alarm system.
